Why don't you list fixed prices?

Every clearance job varies enormously depending on volume, condition, and access — a lightly-furnished room and a decades-accumulated apartment cost very differently to clear. We quote after seeing photos or doing a quick visit, so your price reflects your actual job, not a generic average.

Does this include cleaning too?

No — trash removal and disposal covers clearing the space and a basic broom-clean handover. A full deep clean (scrubbing, sanitizing, limescale removal) is a separate service and quoted separately. Ask us about bundling both if you need each.

How is the waste disposed of?

Through licensed commercial waste disposal partners — this isn't covered by the free household Recyclinghof allowance, which only applies to private individuals, not commercial clearance jobs.

How quickly can you start?

What's NOT included?

Hazardous waste (chemicals, asbestos) and construction debris (Bauschutt) require a separate quote.
