Frequently Asked Questions

How much does move-in cleaning cost in Berlin?

Our move-in cleaning is flat-rate and based on apartment size, starting at €149 for apartments up to 40 m². You get a fixed quote before we start.

The previous tenant already cleaned. Do I still need move-in cleaning?

A move-out clean is done to pass the landlord's inspection, not for someone to live there. We focus on what usually gets missed: the insides of cabinets, limescale, the extractor hood, window tracks and grout.

Do I need to be there during the cleaning?

No. Hand us the keys, and you inspect the apartment when we return them.

When should I book?

Ideally between key handover and moving day, while the apartment is still empty. We also work weekends, including Sundays.

Do you speak English?

Yes, our whole team works in English.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured with €5 million liability coverage.

How do I book?

Send us a WhatsApp message with your apartment size and date. We reply with a fixed quote.
