Refund Policy

At BerlinCleaner, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with our cleaning services.

 

If you are not happy with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed job at kontakt@berlincleaner.com with details and photos (if applicable).

 

We will review your concern and, if appropriate, offer one of the following:

 

• A free re-clean of the affected area, or

• A partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

 

 

Refunds are not guaranteed for complaints made after 24 hours of service completion or for issues outside our control (e.g., pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or unrealistic expectations).

 

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days once approved.
